By accessing and using the services provided by Localer ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at localer.net and all associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Localer provides cloud hosting, VPS, dedicated server, and related infrastructure services. These services are provided through our WHMCS billing platform at my.localer.net.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register an account through our client portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal activities or content
  • Harassment or abuse of others
  • Distribution of malware or spam
  • Unauthorized access to systems
  • Network abuse or attacks

5. Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance. Payment is processed through our WHMCS billing system. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Data and Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also cancel your services at any time through the client portal.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Localer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
